I didn’t fully realize the incredibly GOOD gift God had just dropped into my lap.

I saw beauty, yes—stunning, radiant, unforgettable!

But I couldn’t yet see the quiet strength,
the gentle fire, the way your heart would stretch to hold a whole family.

I couldn’t have known that I had just met the woman who would push her body to the limits
to bring my two beautiful babies into the world; that this same woman would wipe away tears at 3 am, barely surviving with very little sleep.

That she would be the very one who would speak life over our kids when the world tried to name them something else.
You don’t just mother our children—you have re-mothered my soul.

You pray when no one’s looking.
You carry the invisible weight of everyone’s needs.
You show up—tired, but fully present.

Some of us are asking God for more—more anointing, more clarity, more purpose—while still clinging to what He already asked us to release. Let me be clear:

You can’t carry old weights into new seasons.

Here’s how to start letting go today:

1. Name It – Be honest. What’s still got a grip on your spirit? Fear? Control? Approval?
2. Release It – Write it down. Burn it. Pray it out. Do whatever you need to get it out of your system.
3. Replace It – Fill that space with truth. Scripture. Worship. Community. Christ-Centered Identity.
4. Repeat – Letting go isn’t always a one & done. Sometimes it’s daily obedience in the same direction.

You’re not weak for releasing. You’re wise. And that’s where transformation begins.

Today, the world grieves the loss of a spiritual leader whose voice echoed far beyond denominational lines. Pope Francis lived with a posture of compassion, humility, and courage. He had a deep concern for the poor and marginalized. He dared to speak about mercy in a world obsessed with judgment. He extended grace where others drew lines.

While our theological lanes may differ, the call to honor one another’s humanity remains the same. He reminded the world that faith must be lived with love, that leadership is a calling to serve, not to dominate.

The cross wasn’t the end—it was the setup for resurrection.

Jesus didn’t just die—He defeated death.

This is Good Friday because it made everything new!

EASTER IS COMING— and so is your BREAKTHROUGH!

Jesus didn’t ride in on that donkey by accident… He rode in on assignment.

Before the pain, before the cross, before the resurrection—God had a plan!

Matthew 21 tells us Jesus sent for what He needed because He already saw what was coming.

God saw your struggle before it started. So don’t panic—the King is coming.

For the longest time, I let fear hold me back. I had 1001 reasons why I wasn’t ready, why I wasn’t good enough, why someone else was more qualified.

But then—everything shifted.

I stopped asking, “Am I enough?” and started asking, “What has God already placed in me?”

It reminds me of when God called Moses. Moses had doubts, insecurities—he wasn’t a great speaker, didn’t feel qualified. But God didn’t ask for perfection. He simply asked, “What’s in your hand?”

So, I’ll ask you the same thing: What’s in your hand?

That idea, that skill, that message, that passion—it’s already there. You don’t need more validation, more time, more credentials. You just need to trust that God wouldn’t give you the vision without also giving you the ability to walk in it.

I’m finally doing the thing I was afraid to do. And now? I can’t imagine NOT DOING IT.

It’s time. Use what’s in your hand. 🔥

As a leader, I used to carry the weight of everything—believing that if I didn’t hold it all together, it would fall apart. I thought success meant being indispensable.

But here’s the hard truth: That mindset isn’t leadership—it’s burnout in disguise.

“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”
(Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Leadership isn’t about doing it all. It’s about knowing what’s yours to carry and what’s meant to be shared.
God never designed us to be self-sufficient superheroes. He designed us for partnership.

It takes a village—and that’s not just a catchy phrase; it’s a strategy. Are you leveraging the power of partnership, or are you stuck in the trap of self-reliance?

When you move in rhythm with God’s design, He takes your small efforts and amplifies them.
What should’ve been average becomes extraordinary—not because you worked harder, but because you worked smarter and surrendered the outcome.

You weren’t created to carry it all.
You were created to:
⚡ Move with wisdom.
⚡ Lead with clarity.
⚡ Trust that God doesn’t just add—He multiplies.

1. Remember Past Victories 📝 – Write down moments when God showed up for you before. Remind yourself: If He did it then, He’ll do it again.

2. Speak Life Over Fear 🗣️ – Declare God’s promises out loud. Fear thrives in silence, but faith grows when spoken.

3. Stay Connected 🤝 – Don’t isolate. Reach out to friends, family, or a mentor who can pray with you and remind you of your worth.

4. Breathe & Pray 🙏🏽 – When anxiety hits, pause. Take deep breaths and pray simple prayers: “God, I know You’re with me.”

5. Take Small Steps 👣 – You don’t have to conquer everything today. Just take the next step, trusting God is guiding you.

You are NOT alone. His strength is your strength. His victory is your victory. Keep showing up. Keep trusting. Your story isn’t over. 🌅

This week was a powerful reminder that the Church isn’t just what happens on the weekend. It’s about PEOPLE. Real people. Real struggles. Real hope. I had the honor of sitting with folks, speaking life into tough situations, and reminding them that JESUS MEETS US RIGHT WHERE WE ARE.

But the best part was watching our church family be the hands and feet of Jesus. We showed up in our community, passing out boxed meals and hot food to over 150 people. No stage, no spotlight—just hearts committed to loving like Jesus.

This is what church looks like.
It’s real. It’s relational. It’s people helping people follow Jesus—here and now.

Abraham didn’t get a roadmap—he got a command. And his destiny wasn’t unlocked by knowing where he was going, but by trusting who was leading him.

🔥 Here’s the truth: You don’t need more clarity—you need greater faith. Your next breakthrough isn’t in another confirmation, it’s in your obedience.

God isn’t asking you to figure it all out. He’s asking you to take the next step.

Some of you are still holding on to what God has already left behind… ⏳💔

You’re mourning a season that was meant to shape you, not sustain you. A relationship that was part of your story, but not your destiny. A door that closed because God has something GREATER ahead.

“The Lord said to Samuel, ‘How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem. I have chosen one of his sons to be king.’” — 1 Samuel 16:1

It’s time to stop mourning and start moving! 🚶🏽‍♂️💨

Here’s How to Move Forward When God Has Moved On:

1️⃣ Acknowledge the Shift – If the grace for it is gone, stop forcing it. Recognize when God is leading you elsewhere.

2️⃣ Release with Gratitude – Instead of resentment, thank God for the lessons that season brought. Growth comes from gratitude.

3️⃣ Seek God’s Next Step – Samuel was stuck grieving Saul, but God was already preparing David. Ask: Where is God moving now?

4️⃣ Take a Step of Faith – You can’t receive what’s ahead if your hands are full of the past. Make space for the new by stepping forward.

Heavenly Father,

They said I wouldn’t make it. My mom believed God had other plans.

When I was a kid, my mom would take me to countless prayer meetings, church meetings, etc. She was constantly asking people to pray for me. While others saw a troubled kid with ADHD and no potential, my mom saw what God could do!

I didn’t understand it then, but now I stand as living proof: Your circumstances don’t define your reality. God does.

The world might label you, limit you, or write you off—but God specializes in rewriting stories. What others see as a mess, God sees as an opportunity for a miracle.

Don’t let anyone, not even yourself, set limits on what God can do in and through you.

You may not feel qualified, but God doesn’t call the qualified—He qualifies the called.

Not every battle is yours to fight. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, breathe, and WAIT for God to handle it.

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) says:

Growing up, I used to let ADHD define my story. I’d say, “I can’t do this; it’s not my fault—I have ADHD.” But my grandmother refused to let me stay in that mindset. She’d remind me:

“You are the head and not the tail. You are always above, never beneath.” (Deuteronomy 28:13 NIV)

At the time, I didn’t realize she was planting seeds of victory 🌟 in my heart, even as I spoke words of defeat 💔.

Here’s what I’ve learned: ADHD isn’t my limitation—it’s my superpower 💥. It’s the key to my creativity 🎨, my intense focus 🔍, and my ability to dive deeply into the things I care about. But that transformation started when I stopped defining myself by my challenges and started believing what God says about me 👏🏾👏🏾.

👀 Sometimes we get so caught up in making decisions on our own that we miss out on the incredible things God has prepared for us. This passage reminds us that God’s plans are beyond anything we could ever imagine—but He doesn’t leave us in the dark.

🤯 When we seek His Spirit, God reveals His purpose. He speaks through scripture, prayer, trusted leaders, books, and even in life’s unexpected moments. Don’t rush the process—pause, pray, and listen. Let God guide you.

This is what it’s like when you absolutely love what you do and the people God has blessed you to lead—both at church and at home.

Today wasn’t about checking off tasks. It was about showing up: sitting with people, hearing their stories, and being present. Then coming home to do the same with my family.

Life isn’t perfect, but when you lean into your purpose, you can find joy wherever you are. And for me? That joy is leading with love, whether I’m at home or in the church community.

🍂This year, gratitude has taken on a whole new meaning. I’m grateful for Noah and Harper! They remind me to find beauty in the simple things—laughter in the rain, running through the grass, and just being present. They’ve taught me to slow down and see life through their eyes, where joy is found in the ordinary.

I’m grateful for Tiffany. She is my wife, my partner in ministry, my anchor, and my greatest gift. Her quiet strength and boundless love hold our family together. She loves me with the kind of grace that makes me a better man, a better dad, and a better pastor.

I’m grateful for my Oasis Church family—a home away from home. Together we’ve seen God move in ways that remind us He is still in the business of transforming lives.

I’m grateful for my parents, siblings, life-long friends, and family, who, though miles apart, have shown me what love looks like in action, always ready to stand in the gap when I need them most.

This year has taught me the value of good health, the power of community, and the unmatched beauty of family. I’ve learned to see God’s fingerprint in every moment, big or small. This year, I’m deeply grateful for life, for grace, for community, and for God who holds it all together!

Life is short, so travel often.

One thing I’ve learned in life is that many of our preconceived ideas—about ourselves, others, right, wrong, goodness, and evil—begin to shatter the minute we step out of our comfort zones. 🌍✈️

I’ve been blessed to live and work in incredible places like Costa Rica and Australia, and I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people across the globe—in Uganda, Kenya, Honduras, Panama, Belize, and beyond. 🌏 What I’ve discovered is this: “The whole earth is full of His glory” (Isaiah 6:3).

When we walk alongside others, live in someone else’s ‘normal,’ and open ourselves to the beauty of the human spirit, we start to see the world in a new light. We come to know what we didn’t understand before. 🙏🏾

Who I am today is a reflection of the people I’ve met, spoken to, cried with, laughed with, and learned from. Their stories, their lives, their love—they’ve all shaped me in ways I never imagined. And now, I have the honor of passing this legacy on to my children. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

So, whatever you do, wherever you are, take the chance to leave the place you know. Go share life with people on the other side of the world. Your eyes will be opened to the grandeur of God and the profound beauty of the human spirit. We are all made to love, by Love, for love. ❤️

All the other things that separate us are self-made and self-imposed. Let’s break down those barriers and embrace the unity that God intended for us.

I know I’m late, but it’s been a month of milestones and blessings!

This past month, I hit the big 4-0, and I’m still in awe of God’s faithfulness. 🙌🏾 Not only did I get to celebrate another year of life, but I also had the privilege of traveling to two of the world’s most breathtaking island nations—St. Lucia and Australia—with my family by my side, doing what I love most: preaching God’s word. 🌏✝️

I’m deeply grateful for 40 years of grace and mercy. To everyone who sent birthday wishes via texts, socials, and calls—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness means the world to me. ❤️

As I reflect on this milestone, I realize how much God has been maturing me. In these four decades, I’ve discovered a profound truth: doing it well is far better than trying to do it all. 🙏🏾
